General Rules – Baseball

  • If an inning ends before the Xth point is reached (including extra innings), bets placed on this market (“Which team wins the race to X points?, Who scores the Xth point (incl. overtime)”) will be voided.

  • The market “When will the game be decided?” will be settled as “Any extra inning” if, at the end of regular time (after 9 complete innings), the game ends in a tie, regardless of whether there is overtime (extra innings).

  • The market “Will there be overtime?” will be settled as “Yes” if, at the end of regular time (after 9 complete innings), the game ends in a tie, regardless of whether there is overtime (extra innings).

  • Possible extra innings are not considered in any market unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • All markets will be settled based on the final result after 9 innings (8 1⁄2 innings if the home team is leading at this point).

  • If a game is interrupted or canceled and is not resumed on the same day, all pending markets will be voided.

  • If markets remain open with an incorrect score or incorrect game status, which has a significant impact on the odds, the scope of the impact being determined by the bookmaker acting reasonably, the bookmaker reserves the right to void the respective bets.

Baseball Player Betting Rules:

  • If one or more of the players in any bet do not participate, the bet will be voided.

  • All bets on players are resulted as soon as the official final score is received from the statistics providers.

  • If the venue is changed from the scheduled one, all bets on the game will remain valid as long as the game is not postponed for more than 48 hours, and as long as the home team is still designated as such. If the game is canceled or postponed and is not resumed on the same day, all pending bets that have not yet been settled based on a result determined during the game will be voided.

  • If a game that has started is suspended, due to a rain delay or other postponement, and is resumed within 36 hours of the originally scheduled start time (local time), all bets will remain valid. If a game starts, is suspended, and is resumed more than 36 hours after the originally scheduled start time (local time), all existing bets will be voided, unless they have been settled before the game suspension.

  • All extra innings are included in the settlement.

  • If a player was not in the starting lineup for baseball, the bet will be voided.

  • Player Bets. If a definitive outcome for a player bet can be determined during the game, it will be settled as win/loss, regardless of how many innings are played. For all other player markets that have an indeterminate result, the game must have at least 8.5 innings for the bets to be valid; otherwise, these bets will be voided.

  • If there is a late change of pitcher, all bets will stand regardless of the starting pitcher. However, if an individual pitcher does not start the game, then all markets for this player will be voided.
